We actually ship to the following countries:

Italy, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, France, Holland, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain**, Monaco, Slovakia, Romania, Greece, Portugal**, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ireland, Finland and Sweden.

How long does shipping take?

Our products usually arrive in Italy, Austria and Germany within 3-5 working days of your order.
The shipping time to other countries such as France, Holland, Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Spain, can take 4-7 working days.

Please note: Saturday, Sunday & public holidays are not working days.

Of course, in exceptional cases (sale events, Christmas time, etc.) it may take a little longer, but we are always working hard to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Can I change my order or my delivery address after placing it?

As long as your order has not yet been processed, we can adjust your delivery address again. Please contact our customer support ( and state your order number so that we can process your request more quickly. You will then receive feedback from us as to whether it was still possible to adjust your address.

Unfortunately, we cannot add or change the content of your order afterwards. Only a full or partial cancellation is possible, depending on the shipping status. Please also contact our customer support ( and state your order number so that we can allocate your request directly.

If your order is already in the packing or shipping process, it can unfortunately neither be cancelled nor can a change of address be made.

How can I track my order?

Once we hand over your order to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us.

This email will include your tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment at any time in our systems or directly on the shipping partner’s website.

Sometimes, tracking might not update for the first few days. It should become available in the following days.

What should I do if the delivery attempt fails?

Don’t worry, you can always check the tracking to see if your package was left with a neighbor or at a pickup location.

All updates can be found in the tracking information. If you see that the package is being returned to us, please contact our customer service ( and we will check if we can reship the package to you free of charge.

Can I return my order/cancel my purchase?

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the first item. Within this period, you can cancel the contract without giving any reason.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

You will need to bear the immediate costs of returning the items, and we cannot reimburse these costs. If an item delivered to you is defective or incorrect, you can return it to us free of charge.

When will my return be refunded?

Once we have received your return, it will be inspected and processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within the following days. If you have waited more than 14 days for your refund or need assistance, please contact us with your order number and the affected product(s) at our customer service.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Your email address might have been incorrect, or there might have been connectivity issues during the ordering process. Sometimes, order confirmations end up in the spam folder. Please also note that it may take up to 24 hours for the confirmation to arrive.
